This was an activity to see if we could pull or warn our partner of danger while they were "lost in the lens" trying to get the perfect shot. This was to show that if you could trust your partner enough to help you be aware of your surroundings. There are situations in which this is important, for example wildlife photography ; there could be a huge rhino coming towards you but you wouldn't know because you are trying to get the perfect shot.

The Tracking shot is quite a simple method of taking pictures and videos i guess. It is mostly used in cinematography. But you can also see these types of shots in Formula one, or any types of racing, Football games, Sports games and any sort of activity that has to be recorded with swift movement involved. Usually, tracking shots require very very high end equipment, and that equipment is placed on a rail and is moved around to capture the movement of actors. These types of shots are very expensive. Usually more experienced photographers use this, or movie makers ( I think movie makers have dominated this type of shot though).
